Job Title – Brand Protection Analyst

Reports to Head of Operations – SnapDragon India

Job Purpose

SnapDragon is seeking motivated individuals who will use SnapDragon’s software to monitor, identify and report sellers and links to products which infringe the intellectual property of SnapDragon’s clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and enforce against online infringements found on behalf of Snapdragon’s portfolio of client and under the instruction of BP Specialists.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as instructed by BP Specialist within timeframe provided.
  • Analyzing the on-going trend for the brands you are assigned. Update the BP Client Specialist about the changes in the trend and suggest workflow updates. Update the BP Client Specialist of any new platforms where infringements are found for our clients.
  • Ensure delivery of targets set for the brand are met each month.
  • Respond to pushback and seller complaints received as a result of enforcement on Online Marketplaces, Social Media sites, and hosting providers.
  • Aid in the development and implementation of an effective brand protection strategy and the creation of workflows.

Knowledge/Experience/Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Brand Protection industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to make sound decisions that complement business goals. A good understanding and knowledge of identifying and enforcing against IP Infringements.
  • Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and proactive.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Salary

Dependent on experience

40,000 – 55,000 INR Per Month.

500,000 – 680,000 CTC

Monday to Friday – 1:30pm to 10pm.

Job Title – Outbound Sales Representative

Reports to Chief Commercial Officer

Job Purpose

SnapDragon is currently seeking motivated Outbound Sales Representatives to join our Sales Team and contribute towards our continued success. We pride ourselves on fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and be a part of a team building relationships with our existing base of larger more complex customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage and develop an existing customer base in order to exceed set targets
  • Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, or social media to introduce products/services.
  • Work closely with the wider Sales team over Teams and in-person meetings to align with strategic account goals.
  • Collaborate with other Sales Team members and departments to align efforts and strategies.
  • Provide feedback from prospects and leads to the Product Development Team to help improve product offerings.
  • Prospect C-suite level larger opportunities and manage relationships in larger accounts with procurement and finance heads on more complex accounts.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to ethical sales practices and regulatory requirements.

Knowledge/Experience/Skills

Attitude: Be self-driven with the ability to perform in an autonomous environment, results-oriented with a positive attitude.

Experience: Have an understanding of the principles of sales and negotiation in particular in the field of Outbound Sales.

Ability to sell and negotiate, whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Thrive in a fast-paced, demanding sales environment acting with authority.

Have excellent written and oral communication skills which you use to build successful business relationships with customers and colleagues.

Salary

  • Salary £24k plus commission (OTE £30k per annum)
  • Company pension
  • 32 days total (24 days holiday + 8 public holidays)
