Introduction from Marcus Kneen, SnapDragon CEO
SnapDragon Monitoring Limited (SnapDragon) is confident of the steps we have taken to ensure there is no modern slavery or human trafficking at SnapDragon.
Organization Structure
SnapDragon is a standalone company that provides online brand protection services and generates revenues around $1.3m.
Our Business
SnapDragon provides services to B2B markets across a variety of sectors.
Our Supply Chains
Our supply chains are varied. SnapDragon has reviewed all aspects of its business operations and the relevant supply chains and believe the following to be the areas of greatest potential risk:
- Contracted office maintenance staff (UK) (e.g. cleaning, catering, security, building services).
Our Policies on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking
The Modern Slavery policy is circulated to all staff and available in our company handbook which is available via our HR portal. SnapDragon is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.
All of our operations are required to conduct supplier due diligence should an increased risk to modern slavery and human trafficking be perceived.
Due Diligence Processes for Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking
To identify and mitigate risk, SnapDragon sought the following assurances:
- Employee assurance. Confirmation that appropriate right to work documentation is obtained for all staff including temporary staff, interns and placements, and that working practices and facilities could not expose the company to non-compliance with the Legislation.
- Supplier assurance. Supplier agreements specifically stipulate the requirement for compliance with the Legislation.
Ongoing Compliance Approach
- Whistleblowing: All colleagues have access to a whistleblower hotline to facilitate confidential reporting of illegal or unethical behavior.
SnapDragon will continually review and update this approach to ensure that SnapDragon and its supply chain remains free from modern slavery and human trafficking as our businesses and the inherent supplier risks change over time.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our Group’s modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending February 29, 2024.
