Brand Protection Specialist

Job Purpose

SnapDragon are seeking a motivated individual who will use SnapDragon’s software to monitor, identify and report sellers, profiles and products which infringe the intellectual property of SnapDragon’s clients. This role is client facing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and enforce against online infringements found on behalf of Snapdragon’s portfolio of client and under the instruction of BP Specialists.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as instructed by BP Specialist within timeframe provided.
  • Ensure delivery of targets set for the brand are met each month.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring weekly monthly or annual client calls and summary reports are presented with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Review current service provision and brand threats, making proposals for upsell opportunities
  • Respond to pushback and seller complaints received as a result of enforcement on Marketplaces, Social Media sites, and hosting providers.
  • Aid in the development and implementation of an effective brand protection strategy and the creation of workflows.
  • Highlight to the Brand Protection Manager changes to client retention risk rating and work with the Brand Protection Manager to set appropriate actions

Knowledge/Experience/Skills

· Fluent Chinese language speaker (non-negotiable).

· Fluent in English.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Brand Protection industry and or an understanding of intellectual property.
  • Familiar with global online marketplaces and social media sites.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to make sound decisions that complement business goals. A good understanding and knowledge of identifying and enforcing against IP Infringements.
  • Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and proactive.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High levels of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Able to handle a large amount of data from a variety of sources and present it to a high standard.

Monday to Friday 0900 – 1730
