Today’s brand infringers can build polished, believable digital experiences at scale.
They are replicating visual identity, product presentation, UX patterns, tone of voice, checkout flows, and even after-sales signals; then distributing them across websites, social platforms, marketplaces, and paid channels in a coordinated way.
For design-led brands, this creates a more complex threat: not just counterfeiting or phishing in isolation, but a broader ecosystem of imitation that can damage sales, trust, brand equity, and the value of original design.
During this webinar discussion, the spokespeople focused on a very practical question: what does online infringement look like today for design-led brands, and how should brands respond to imitation?
