Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will contribute to building business for SnapDragon Monitoring by identifying and developing leads, closing sales and accomplishing team-related targets as needed.
Responsibility and control of the full sales lifecycle from initial target research and qualifying through to contract negotiation and signing, whilst ensuring all prospect details and communication are captured accurately in our internal CRM system.
Engage with other teams across SnapDragon to research and recommend new opportunities, ensuring opportunities for upsell are identified and implemented.
Ensure a high standard of service and attention is consistently offered across inbound and outbound sales channels. Accurately predict and manage a sales pipeline.
Attend relevant industry networking events and appropriate trade fairs to be aware of client needs, industry trends, market and competitor activities. Use this information to identify product improvements.

Experience of meeting and exceeding Sales Goals with a proven ability to nurture client relationships.
Promoting brand awareness and using commercial acumen to source and develop leads across multiple channels and networks.
Ability to confidently approach cold targets and turn them into qualified leads. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Experience with conducting meetings and presentations in person or telephone and Skype. Sales Planning experience with strong administrative skills.
Experience of SaaS Sales and awareness of Intellectual Property preferred.
